The terms governing your use of LEX Culture and membership in our community.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the LEX Culture website, newsletter, podcast, shop, events and membership services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Membership and accounts
Membership in LEX Culture is offered at the tiers displayed on our membership page. Accounts must be created with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misrepresent professional status, or engage in conduct harmful to the community.
Content and intellectual property
All content published on LEX Culture, including articles, images, audio, video, branding, designs and software, is the property of LEX Culture or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may read, listen to and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our written permission.
User conduct
LEX Culture is a private house of the profession. We expect members and visitors to engage respectfully. Harassment, hate speech, spam, misinformation, unauthorised solicitation and illegal activity are prohibited.
We may remove content or restrict access to users who breach these standards.
Purchases and subscriptions
All purchases made through the LEX Culture shop are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Subscription fees are billed as described at checkout and renew automatically unless cancelled.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Third-party links
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services or events. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices or terms of those third parties.
Limitation of liability
LEX Culture provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or unlawful conduct.
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, where necessary, the courts of Ghana.
Effective date
These Terms of Service are effective as of 1 September 2026.
